The laboratory operates two Solaar S4 Atomic Absorption spectrometers which provide accurate quantitative analysis of trace elements in effluent and water samples. Mining and soil samples can also be analysed after acid digestion or fusion.
The problems and potential liabilities for properties effected by “mundic” are well known in Cornwall and Devon.
